krvam This is defined in the Roles section. If you go to Admin -> Agents -> Roles then click on the role your account is a member of, you'll see the relevant permissions.
Note that by default, only the 'All Access' role has this permission. You'll need to either ensure you have this role, or edit the role you're a member of to allow this (bear in mind editing the role will grant the permission to everyone else with the same role too!)
