JASIG CAS for osTicket

Hi folks,
I have installed JASIG CAS plugin for osTicket and registered osticket service in CAS server as "http://<ip-address>/login.php" but when i am doing sign in with CAS ,the CAS server shows errror 'application not authorised to use CAS' and in CAS server logs it shows "Service Management: missing service. Service [http://<IP>/login.php?do=ext&bk=cas.client] is not found in service registry.>".

I have also registered osticket service like this "http://<IP>/login.php?do=ext&bk=cas.client" in CAS but still it is giving me missing service error.

Version of osTicket?

I haven't the foggiest idea what "JASIG CAS" is, or where you might have gotten that plugin... but it certainly is not available at osticket.com/download I would recommend that you contact the author for support.

php version-PHP 7.2.17
osticket version-v1.10.4

JASIG CAS(centralised authentication service) pluging is a plugin for SSO of osticket with CAS server.

That plugin has never been officially released. If it was released it would be at osticket.com/download

I can tell you that 1.10.4 is pretty old and does not support PHP 7.2.

I would start with the CAS server and see if you can resolve the application not authorised to use CAS' error that you are seeing.

so should i install latest osticket?

poojakkk31 It would certainly be a good start, as it's possible the problems you're noticing are due to osTicket not liking PHP 7.2 and not the plugin itself. Make sure to take a backup of everything first though so you can go back (and then up to 1.10.6 ? ) if things don't work out.

I used PHP 7.2 with osTicket 1.10.4, although did have to make a small change to some files myself and deal with some unofficial plugins not working.
