Adding agent to teams from list still appears on list

Hello everyone, one problem i have been trying to resolve is that when i add someone to a team he still appears on the list, making it so that i can add him to the same team time and time again, how could i resolve this? i just want to add him once and he disappears from the list, only if i eliminate him from the team do i want him to appear on the list again.

Well you are using a really old version.

But if you upgrade and it still doesn't work then you would open an issue report at github.

Thanks man, but it's the version the company we are remodeling the site is using and since we are doing the final adjustments and getting rid of bugs like these, we can't really just update it..
Would there be any solution? i have been messing with the php on the page trying to at least hide the selected id that are already on the team without much success.
But would it be possible to do this? I am pretty new to working with php.

It's probably already been fixed in newer versions. If it were me I would look through all the realease notes on github and see if I could find it and then look at the PR that was used to fix it.
