I am using LDAP for user authentication.
Now, I would like to add another AD for user authentication too. Is it possible handle it by single plugin or another methods?

The default plugin only uses a single domain. There is a 3rd party plugin developed by a community member though. It is available at: https://github.com/philbertphotos/osticket-multildap-auth
I do not know if it works with 1.12 and I have never used it myself.
