[resolved] Custom Length Subject Line

Hello, i just updated to 1.12, what bothered me the most was that the subject field always was this short and started to cut off text with ...
So i changed it with the help of this "Question" from the past.

How can i do the same in 1.12 i can not find the "\include\staff\tickets.inc.php"

All what i really want is so that the Subject does not get cut off anymore, or atleast to a certain degree.

Does anyone have an idear and could help me out?

Try \include\staff\templates\tickets.tmpl.php, line 171.

I tried changing it but, i could see no changes.
Maybe to clarify i'm trying to do this on the agent side and not for the users.

You could also adjust the column size of the queue.
Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
Click on the Queues tab
Click on the Columns tab
Adjust the number after Subject.

note: you would want to make some of the other columns smaller I think to make it fit right.
