Is there a option to completely close the ticket? Nobody can edit it anymore or reopen it.

I disabled the reopen option for a user, but I want to completely close the ticket for everyone. Once it's closed, it's closed. An agent will not be able to edit, resopen it, post a reply.

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. Being able to edit a ticket is a permission, but it is not tied to Ticket Status at all. Closed does not mean that it cannot be edited anymore... it just means that its done.
