I am using v1.12

If I take the include/i18n/de from osTicket-1-11-0p0_free german and copy it to include/i18n of version v1.12, this does not seem to work. What steps are needed to get the german translations?

There is no such thing as " osTicket-1-11-0p0_free german" version of osTicket.

You install language packs into osTicket by:
Download the German language pack from osticket.com/downloads put it in the /include/i18n folder.
Log into to osTicket.
Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> System
Add the language.

Ok, thank you! With the language pack I get the de.phar. I thought maybe it's possible to weave in the already translated forms and pages too.

Well I suppose if you setup a test site with the other software, you could copy and paste your translations for page and forms from one instance to the other.

Hello!
I am also using v1.12 and i'm having some issues with spanish language pack.
I've already put the primary and secondary language in Admin Panel > Settings > System and saved it but nothing is translated.

I've also seen some warning icon in Dashboard > Information.

Any idea?
