I have a brand new, fresh install. Version 1.12(a076918) on CentOS 7, with MySQL 10.1.40, PHP 5.4.16 and Apache 2.4.6.

I have a single agent that I created when I installed the system. That agent is me. I am set up as an admin as well. I have only the default Teams, Roles and Departments. My agent account is a member of all of them. When I create a new ticket, and assign it to myself, I cannot see it unless I do a search for it under the Agent Panel. It should show up under the "My Tickets" section. I've made no further customizations to the system. Just the default. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Tony

osTicket 1.12 minimum version of PHP is 5.6. Please upgrade and see if that fixes your issue. This could be causing your issue.

That did it! Thank you for the assist. I mistakenly assumed that when I installed PHP, it installed the most recent version. It did not. Now that I have version 7.1 installed, it's working as expected. Thanks again

Very welcome.
