Blank screen on user login

Getting a blank screen only on user login. Agent login is fine. No changes, this started happening today, yesterday was fine. Read multiple posts about this but none that match my symptoms exactly.

You are running an older version of osTicket that is insecure. You should upgrade to 1.12.

A blank screen usually means some type of PHP error. Please consult your PHP error log and provide the errors there.

Thank you. I presume that the errors are not related to the version correct? And are you referring to the PHP error logs from within osticket or on the hosting side?

The errors should not be related to the version... but if someone broke your site by using the security bug in 1.11 it is. (note the security bugs are why that version is no longer supported)

You seem to be confusing osTickets System Logs with PHP error logs. They are not the same thing. You would want to consult your PHP's error logs.
