Hi! We are working on ISP. Our colleagues connecting clients to Internet.
They are planing to go to a client at physical address and do a cable management (or another work). If IT engineer planed to go to a client for example a week later at 15.00 and do a work for one hour. How better to do this in osTicket?
If we are setup Due Date 15.00 and engineer going to client at this time - ticket will be overdue automatically at 15.00, but we want overdue at 16.00 (engineer only starting work at 15.00 and think that he end work at 16.00)
I assume that we want another row (such as Start Date/Time), but i dont know how to do that.
