Department and agent signature

Is it possible to have both signatures?

I want to set the department signature as:
Grapshkill Ltd
Graphskill.com
Te:l 1234578

Then the agent signature will be

Regards
Agent 1
IT Director

or
Regards
Agent 2
Finance

So the outgoing email will have a combined signature of
Regards
Agent 1
IT Director
Grapshkill Ltd
Graphskill.com
Te:l 1234578

I do not think so. I believe that you can user either Department Signature or Agent Signature.
