Hi any one can help or reprogram this part when i enabled the ticketing sharing in organization
Agent panel -> Users -> Organizations.
Click on Organization
Click on the Organization again in the new window.
Click on the Settings Tab.

in the ticket view of client i want to add a new column their who is the usercreated. thanks

Who creates a ticket is not stored in osTicket. So you would have to figure out how to save that information and then figure out how to add the column and pull the data from the database to populate it.
