I've got a Help Topic which pulls from a specific custom form. It doesn't include any of the standard fields. I'm wanting to customize the subject that gets set on the ticket to be the Help Topic name PLUS a couple of fields from the custom form. Is that possible?
For instance, if we had a Help Top called "Some Special Ticket Type" and two of the fields in that ticket were "Field1" and "Field2", the subject would get set to "Some Special Ticket Type - Field1 Field2". Right now it just gets set to "Some Special Ticket Type".
I'm wanting to do this to help end users find tickets easier. I've had issues where people submitting tickets on that Help Topic submit duplicates because they don't realize they have filled one out. Or if they need to go back to one from a week or two ago, they have to randomly open tickets until they find the right one.
