Hi, i downloaded the app in some phones, but i can't create a new ticket.
The App is PRO Version.
In iOs the missing field is the user.

You would need to contact the developer, it's my understanding that it's not an official app from OSTicket.

@billy is correct. There is no osTicket app, and the one is not official. Please contact the author for support, as we do not support it.
