hi i am new to the ostickets here,
after user create a tickets, it will go to the appropriate department. Once particular department received tickets they need approval to appropriate mentor before processing tickets. this one of the example
Person a is the customer service
person b is front office supervisor
person c is branch manager
Person A who is creating a tickets, Person B needs approval from his / her branch manager Person C through mail (Mail has sent to Person C automatically). Once front office Person B receives mail from branch manager Person C, he can able to process ticket. Before process Person A and Person B should receive approval mail from Person C stating that your travel has been approved. If it is rejected in that case also both Person A and Person B should receive mail stating that Travel request is rejected.
the point is when somebody creates a tickets they need two approval from theri supervisor, does anybody know how to programmed it
