I've just done a clean install of OSTicket.
One of the things i usually have set is to not show my assigned tickets in the open queue.
I'm almost positive this option was available under your profile settings or Admin > Settings > Agent, but i don't see it now.
Has it been moved or is it no longer an option?

This seems to be the default as of 1.11, so I've added a new "Unassigned" queue and set it as the default. This can be done in Admin -> Settings -> Tickets -> Queues, and just make a new child of the Open queue with Assignee set to unassigned.

Table looks a bit bigger than the rest, but at least i can see it.

Ended up un-inheriting and manually editing the ticket colums as it looks totally diffrent to the open queue.
Looks ok now though.
