Hi, anyone can help me how to modify the locked featured,when i viewed a ticket which is already lock on view to other agent, when i use to type in comment box, there is a pop up window that is already lock to other agent, question is how to modify that notification to become like this, when i view a ticket, i will pop up the lock window,so that i inform already that is lock.
