Hello, good afternoon, I want to know where I can download free themes for my ticket platform.

First off there is no such thing as 'themes' for osTicket at this time. There are theme mods, but they are just that modifications. Modifications mean that your installation is no longer support by us unless you remove the theme first.

Go to:
https://tmib.net/resources-for-osticket/

scroll down to Themes.

You will have to go through them to see which are free and which are not.
