Trouble in connection to NAS for our storage

Hi, anyone can help me how to connect this, i installed my osticket in VMware Windows Server 2016 and used an IIS server, PHP5.6, for the attachment i will use the synology NAs, but the problem is i cant connect to nas using file attachment system, i have also a dual ip address, one is bridge connection and the other one is NAT.. but the network is okey, i can open the file using in the newrtok but when i tried to osticket the error says path not found, how come, but it is discoverable in vm network? TIA..

HAve you setup a network share for the files to be put in?

yes, if i used the windows to find the ip add of nas, i cant input files drag and drop/copy and paste manual,, but when i tried to use osticket path does not exist

when i tried in my local laptop using xampp apache as server, it works,

Sounds like a permissions issue.
Does the IIS user (IUSR or IIS_IUSRS) have permissions to the share?

yeah it has permission to read/write,

hmm, maybe it is related to Windows server 2016, since im using that OS, what do you think?

hello sr, i already figure out this, i need ko create a user acount with same username and password in synology nas and modify it in IIS server, so that the iis can authenticate the network of nas,, thanks for the help
