Email template in want to add last agent response, but no luck
using %{message} and %{note.message} variable not shown correctly


Dear %{recipient},
A ticket, #%{ticket.number} is seriously overdue.

We should all work hard to guarantee that all tickets are being addressed in a timely manner.

1.11 is no longer supported, please upgrade to 1.12.

Also the Overdue Ticket Alert is not a customer reply or an agent reply so there is no 'lastmessage', 'message', or 'note' to send. It's just an alert that tells the Agent that the ticket is over due. complete or original might work though.
