Hi, I have an issue with the Osticket, I can not do any notes or reply in the agent panel.

osTicket 1.11 is no longer supported. Please upgrade to 1.12.

The error here appears to be:
Call to a member function getId() on null in /var/www/html/mda/upload/include/staff/ticket-view.inc.php

Can you look at your ost_ticket table and see what the ticket_id of the last couple tickets are?
