Hi, How can I set department signature in HTML ?
Below are version details: osTicket Version v1.11 Web Server Software Apache2.4 MySQL Version 5.7.18 PHP Version 7.1.27
I don't follow you... Go to Agent panel -> Signature. Type in your signature? Make some stuff bold, or add some links, or italics. Reply to a ticket. You will see that the resulting signature keeps your formatting.
