I am trying to do a new installation of osTicket using version 1.12. However, the following error prevents me from completing the installation.

The database is created, all tables are created too, but I can not use osTicket.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

You would have to consult your PHP / [unknown] webserver error logs to find out what is happening.

    I found the problem. I made a new installation of XAMPP to test osTicket v1.12 and by default it comes with "max_execution_time" as 30.
    I just changed it to 300 and the osTicket installation worked.
