- the location - the url or what your clicking on that is causing the problem: http://mylocalhost/scp/tickets.php?a=open&uid=7
Please consult your actual PHP error log, not the osticket ui panel one. And let us know what you find there.
log location for PHP is controled by directive in the php.ini file.
Well, I found it is hosted in C: \ Windows \ Temp but it is not de log file..
I just tried again, and now if you have let me make the change, I do not know what it was, the only modifications I made recently was to activate the intl and fileinfo in the php.ini. (which from what I understand, has nothing to do, but well maybe that was what was giving the error)
I'm confused by your response... and am not sure what you are saying.
