Admin access without department access?

Hey guys,

Using Osticket sucessfully for a employee file note system for my group of stores I work for.

I don't want/can't have access to the departments, but as admin I can add myself to a department and then see tickets.

Is there a way for me to have admin access for site settings etc but no way of seeing department tickets, or editing department access for anyone.

I do not think so.

As an admin you have to be able to add Agents to departments/etc to be able to setup new accounts.

Any other way to allow myself access to the site settings/log/email settings etc only? like a tech access only?

Not that I know of.
