Pulling Reports with specific fields

Hello,

I see where I can pull a report and export out all my tickets. But the fields available seem to be limited. I would like to pull a report that includes the conversation thread and/or the notes I place when closing the ticket. Is this possible?

You would have to edit the export function to achieve that.
(I do not know how you would achieve this.)

Any reporting on a thread sounds like it would be really messy and hard to quantify.

We use the paid [as in not free] Reports Plugin from software-mods for all our reporting needs.
