I have installed V1.11 latest version successfully for OsTicket. After doing basic configuration, I have created a ticket and doing transfer to dry run the process which I am looking to implement. However occurred issues where same ticket is showing multiple times in user login on ticket page as attached image.

Kindly suggest, how this can be fixed.

By installed do you mean upgrade? or fresh install?

Installation Environment Details
I have installed 1.11 Latest Release.

Server Details are as below

Apache Version 2.2.31
PHP Version 5.6.35
MySQL Version 5.6.41-84.1
Operating System Linux

Issue is checking in Google Chrome with Windows Operating System

It is fresh Installation.

Okay there is nothing obvious there.

I presume that you see the same issue when you use another web browser (Edge, IE, Opera, Vivaldi, etc). But if you can check one other browser just to make sure.

Thanks, done the changes and showing results correctly.

But while checking ticket and option on Gear box, its not showing Option. I am not sure whether whether this error was previously also. I have noticed now. Is it because ticket is unassigned?

Requesting to update on this as I am not getting any clue why it is happening to these tickets.

Is there any way, where I can changed Assigned to from back end in mysql, so I can change and confirm this.

Whether or not a ticket is assigned has nothing to do with more of the gear.
Do you get this on all tickets or just the one you showed us?
Does your account have access to the things that are usually in the gear (Change Owner, Mark as Answered, Manager Referrals, Manage Forms, Manage Collaborators, Ban Email, Delete Ticket)?

    ntozier I have updated assigned in database and able to close that ticket.

    not sure actually what and when go wrong.

    Anyway I have closed those tickets. You can close this thread now.
