Problem on version 1.11
Can't post reply on Client Side
When creating ticket, no reply box appear, and the other reply is not showing
Buen día Krgeron, a mi me pasa algo parecido, el usuario que genero el tickets no puede ver las contestaciones que les hacen los agentes. (https://forum.osticket.com/d/93874-usuarios-no-ven-las-respuestas-a-sus-tickets/3)
No se si tiene que ver el tema de que el usuario no tiene correo electronico? fijate que solo tiene el @localhost, ya que tengo otros usuarios que si tienen mail y no tienen este inconveniente!?
Sera eso? Aguardo comentarios de los especialistas.

Actual version of osTicket?
It looks to me like there is a problem with the email address on the users account.
Also I'm betting that there is a PHP error being logged since it just cuts off. Please consult your PHP error logs for any errors and post them.
