Agent Reply in ticket seems Slow about to (20-30 secs)

Hi Good Day, i have an issue recently in my osticket server v 1.10.4, php 5.6, server IIS and mysql 5.6,, it's stop when an agent reply in a ticket its take about to 20-30 secs before its successfully reply or after 30 secs the webpage says THe Page is not working.. i think this issue from email config because when i disabled the email,, its okey, im using the gmail configuration smtp port 25...please help me

When you get the page not working error, is anything being logged to your PHP erro rlogs?
HAve you tried turning on DEBUG log in osTicket to see if that gives you a better idea of what is happening?

it has no php error logs, but when i tried to disable the mail configuration for gmail, it turn out its lesser to 10 - 15 secs

Sounds like something is preventing the mail from being sent and the script is waiting for it to complete or time out.

yeah, that why i thought, do you have any idea how to resoled this, but for now i disabled the gmail config, for the testing ...
