Good evening, I need your help. I am doing a new osticket installation on a new server(Plesk). I'm having a problem with pop ups, I'm using php-7, mysql, and the osticket version I'm installing is osticket-1.11.

I use php7 und the server manager plesk. Operating System: linux (ubuntu16)
