Problem:
i have put my monitoring system to send critical states automatically as email to my ticket system. since this is a send-only email address, it cannot receive emails and thus the provider will send a "cannot find email adress" reply. that is being sent to the ticket system, which opens a ticket and sends a reply. Thanks to the admin of the mail server, they did not play ping pong.
Question:
Is it possible to configure that specific email adress so that the ticket system does not send any emails to it? i did not find any option to do so, i made a filter to block the ticket system from creating a ticket when it receives the "cannot find email address" reply. Can i avoid the ticket system sending a reply in the first place?
