Hi, i don't know if anyone has ever thought of this or tried implementing it before..
I'm actually looking at creating tickets on behalf of collaborators as well, during ticket creation.
This time around, the ticket will be created on behalf of both the users and the collaborators at a single instance of opening a ticket. Meaning 1 tickets generates several tickets with different ticket unique numbers.
I need help with this, anyone have any idea how to go about it?
