Attachment upload on Amazon S3.

Please refer attached screenshot, while replying to the ticket, we have added only one .csv and on .png file, the osTicket.txt file automatically added.

On email, below content showed:

Please suggest a reason for this and solution.

Whats in the mystery attachment?

I'm not sure what the second screen shot has to do with the first one.

The second screenshot shows the email received by the agent. and in osTicket.txt file the content is:
Canned Attachments Rock!

I would recommend that you look at your canned responses. Specifically the default one.

This file is only added if you use the default Canned Response titled What is osTicket (sample)?.
