Issues deleting users

I recently upgraded from 1.6st to 1.11 and am trying to handle some clean up. I have a bunch of user accounts that have not been used in years and want to delete them. If I try to delete them, I also check the box to delete the tickets, and get an error that I don't have permission to delete a user and tickets. I am an admin and should have all privileges that I can think of.
Also, I was able to go into some users with a few tickets and delete the tickets and then delete the user and that worked, but others still think they have tickets and I cannot locate them.

Any suggestions?

Admin panel -> Agents -> Your user account.
Click on the Permissions tab.
Click on the Users tab.

Do you actually have delete permissions?

I'll ask the devs to take a look at this thread.

I wonder if they are added as collaborators on other tickets, and the delete isn't finding the collaborator tickets.

ntozier when was collaboration added? I am not sure as it was on the 1.6 version I just migrated from, but it is possible the migration steps added something in.

Collaboration was added in 1.8.1. There was a bug with deleting tickets with collaborators back in 1.8.7 (fixed in 1.8.8) and 1.9.5 (fixed in 1.9.6)

ntozier we have version v1.11 (d4e240b) and this problem is still there

I installed OST 1.10 and migrated my old 1.6st database over and ran the built in upgrader. Then tested and seems like the user deletion works correctly in that version.
