Queue search fails with criteria: 'does not have a value'

For example:
Step 1. In the custom form: 'Details product' i made the field: 'Inkooporder Hertek '

Step 2. In 'Ticket Queues' -> 'Manage Custom Queue' I made a queue with the queue search criteria:
'Inkooporder Hertek' -> 'does not have a value'
and another field:

'Verkoopprijs' -> 'has a value'

However when i give a value to 'Verkoopprijs' and nothing to 'Inkooporder Hertek' the ticket still won't show up in the queue.

In the ticket overview the field 'Inkooporder Hertek' shows empty.
Also looking into the database the field 'Inkooporder Hertek' shows empty.

I tried different fields with the same 'queue search criteria' and the fault remains.

What is going on?
Can someone help me please?

@Dav1d

Your search criteria states:
Find ALL tickets that have Department = Facturatie AND Ticket Status / State IS NOT Closed, Archived or Deleted AND Inkooporder Hertek does not have a value AND Verkoopprijs has a value. Does the ticket in your screenshot meet ALL criteria in your search? (I bet it doesn't.)

Cheers.

    I cannot reproduce your issue using latest pull from develop-next (see images below). I'd suggest using the latest pull from develop-next and re-testing.

      strange.

      I will try version 1.12 and hope that this problem does not occur then.

      But thanks for the help.
