Maybe there is another way to go about this that I don't know of. What I'm really trying to achieve is have a notice/document sent out to a certain group when this type of ticket is created. It's almost always going to contain photos, as its a quality control document. The group that it's going to go to will not usually be dealing with the ticket directly, sometimes one of them might, but I wanted to use the email as a document that they all get, without having to log into the system to see all the information, lazy users and simplified methods being the reasons. I was then planing on modifying the other type of alerts for this group do continue the process when other steps happen, new tasks being created and completed, new notes added, all the stuff that seems to be doable. I might just be reaching to much here, I know it's probably a little out of the scope for this product, but so far it's been a good fit. Any thoughts you have are much appreciated.
