I installed Osticket and everything is working fine. I have our email service provider on Yahoo Buisness and the OsTicket is installed on Hostgator Web Hosting . I have configured the emailfetching in Osticket successfully but when i send a email to the email ( savio@compnay.com ) it doesnt create a ticket on the OsTicket . After going through the documents noticed that there is Piping or Cron needed to be setup . If i set the Cron on the Hostgator Webhosting , it takes it own email and NOT the Yahoo company email which I want . Can you Please share the detailed Link OR How to its achieved when the Email is on another server and Hosting on another
It doesn't sound like you want to use piping to me.
Setup the email that you want to collect email from at: Admin panel -> Email -> Email. Setup cron.php to run on Hostgator.

ps Your version of osTicket is really old. You might want to upgrade.

The Version i kept old as i took a theme which said it worked with the version 1.10
Gotcha, but there are a number of security vulnerability fixes that were added in 1.10.1 through 1.10.5. And I think some more in 1.11.
