I installed Osticket and everything is working fine. I have our email service provider on Yahoo Buisness and the OsTicket is installed on Hostgator Web Hosting . I have configured the emailfetching in Osticket successfully but when i send a email to the email ( savio@compnay.com ) it doesnt create a ticket on the OsTicket . After going through the documents noticed that there is Piping or Cron needed to be setup . If i set the Cron on the Hostgator Webhosting , it takes it own email and NOT the Yahoo company email which I want .
Can you Please share the detailed Link OR How to its achieved when the Email is on another server and Hosting on another
