IMAP problem osTicket

Hello

I have an exchange email account (in my lan) with imap service. I configured in osTicket SMTP, this works.
When I try configure IMAP i get the Error message: "TLS/SSL failure for 192.168.x.x: Acquire credentials handle failed"
I'm using normal protocol IMAP with Port 143.

osTicket version: 1.11
Windows Server 2016 with iis 10.0
MySQL 5.5.62
PHP 7.1.25

What version of Exchange?
I think that it was starting with 2010 that they started requiring SSL/TLS by default.
And since the IMAP TLS/SSL port is not 143 that might be your problem. IMAP SSL/TLS port is 993.
