I am using osicket v1.11 and I am unable to open attachments created through the email api. The file get partially downloaded then it fails.

There is no email api. There is a ticket and task api.

Configuration Info:

I am using a VBA script in outlook along with the ticket api to create tickets is osTicket. Tickets are successfully created (in the database and file system) however when I try to open the ticket from osTicket web interface it fails.
I have seen other post that suggest the problem might be how the file sizes are calculated and saved to the database, however, I am not sure.

Well osTicket does not support PHP 7.3 at this time so it could be that.

Since you are using custom code to open the ticket via API it could be the custom code.

Please provide error logs from trying to open the ticket or attachment.

      I believe that you can use 5.5... but 5.6 works best. You can use up to 7.2.

      The official FAQ says 5.6+.
