Images not visualized

Hi,
in OsTicket 1.11 recent production installation we noticed that the images attached are not displayed opening the ticket details.
So we are forced to download them and open them locally.
Is there a way to display the images attached inside the browser directly?
In the previous installation of OsTicket (1.6rc5) we had for a lot of years in production this happened automatically...

Whether or not an image is displayed inline isnt decided by osTicket... its how the User inserted the image (via email or ui).

Ah ok thanks, but in previous OsTicket 1.6.5rc5 version, we kept alive in production for 10 years, staff colleagues told me that images where always displayed inside tickets, even for ones opened by email.
What do you think about this?
Is there something I could change to achieve the same old behaviour into Osticket 1.11?

You'd have to customize the thread entry template and the way attachments are shown in the thread entry views. You'd have to research the existing attachment display function to see if you can re-use it for the thread entry template, if not, you'll have to write your own.

Or maybe there is a browser plugin you can install that displays the images in the browser once you click on them?
