Environment details? PHP / [unknown] webserver error logs?
Gracias
Not seeing any error logs.
@mremersaro
We need errors from your Apache and/or PHP error logs. This will tell us the root of the problem.
Cheers.
Gracias
No one can tell you where your logs are stored as it depends on what you have them set to.
PHP error log location is in php.ini Apache error log location is trickier since where the directive resides depends on the host os. I believe that in ubuntu they are located in /var/log/apache2/error.log
The error says that PHP tried to use memory, and there was not enough to complete the task. You might need to up the memory limit defined in your php.ini
Gracias.
Yes, the memory_limit directive in your php.ini is the one that you would need to increase.
Personally I have it set to 512mb on my production sites. But thats a decision that you or your system administrator would need to research and decide for yourselves.
It depends on how your server is configured. You would have to research that.
It used to be /etc/php#/apache2/php.ini
You have to restart the Apache service after you make the edit for it to go live.
