Hello, osTicket has been running fine for a while now but recently we started getting "This action requires a lock. Please try again!" error when replying to tickets. New tickets are also created with the wrong time. From googling and searching this seems to be a timezone mismatch but I can't figure out how to resolve.
System information shows PHP date.timezone show correctly 'America/Denver'
System information shows DB Timezone as 'MDT (interpreted as UTC)'
System Preferences show Default Time Zone as 'America/Denver'
User Profile is set as 'America/Denver'
Web Server #date command shows correct date/time with MDT timezone
Web Server #cat /etc/timezone = America/Denver
DB server #date command shows correct date/time with MDT timezone
DB server #cat /etc/timezone = America/Denver
MariaDB >select @@global.time_zone shows 'SYSTEM'
MariaDB >select @@time_zone shows 'SYSTEM'
Can anyone offer some guidance on how to clear this us? I'm just making a guess it's because of System Information showing the DB timezone as "Interpreted as UTC" since new tickets are created with the actual time of UTC, not MDT or America/Denver.
