LDAP Client Lookup

I am running Apache 2.4.37, PHP 5.6 and/or PHP 7.2.14 or 5.6.40. mySQL is 5.7.24.

Below is the config for my LDAP plugin:

The issue:

When I go to enter in a new ticket for a user I was used to typing in a name in the "search box" and then having it look up the deets in AD.

In previous versions I have used of osTicket when the AD is "checked against" I got back a list in a dialog box to pick from. In v 1.11 no such list appears for me.

Has anyone resolve an error/ issue like this before? What worked?

It shows you are using PHP 7.2, my problem was I forgot to install the php7.2-ldap extension. Have you installed that?

djolson I am having a difficult time determining from PHP info what version is installed vs which isn't. As a result I am just starting over and re-downloading the correct version from.

So I found the version I currently had installed and it appears to be the correct one:

ntozier

Try re-entering the password in the ldap auth plugin and saving.

This works in my installation (1.11 / IIS 8.5 / PHP7.2.15). Heck I even searched for Paul and came up with 8 options. ?
