Hi guys, not sure if this si a problema of the database or the interaction between OsTicket and the database may be someone can help, if this is no the place for this type of post tell me and I Will delet it.
So, the situation is as follow: We register problems in diferent instalations around the country, this field is a list comprised of 30000 elements. For some wierd reason that I can not get sometimes, for some of the ítems of the list they Will be saved in the database as numbers (wich they are not in the list), but Osticket Will show them in the interface as what they truly are (names). Might be the version of MySQL? or some configuration maybe.
