Hi,
I have installed the responder plugin from:
https://github.com/clonemeagain/osticket-plugin-responder
Which allows different "out of hours" replies, it replies to the ticket, the ticket is marked as such, and staff get an email notifying them the OOO response was sent - but the client or ticket opener does not receive this OOO reply.
Anyone else had this issue?
