Is there a chance for mod with new column in ticket view with age of tickets?
There was an old mod but it's not working with newer builds.

Old mod had color options - 1 Day - Green, 2/3 Days - Yellow, 4+ Days - Red

Hi L8EK very sure this can be done within the Ticket Queues Manage Custom Queue area were you can set conditions to a ticket as a whole or to certain columns within the queue

if this is what you mean i have set this with 3 conditions
- if date is in the future highlight green
- if date is in the past highlight red
- and then to over right them all i have, if returned = yes highlight green

these are the options i selected but there was a few different options to choose from and you can stipulate x amount of days, and if these are added to the parent queue they are replicated to their child as well
