I was curious if there were any plans on allowing a batch edit/set Due Date from the ticket queue?
I was reading an osTicket forum post from 2014 that spoke of this possibly being a feature. (https://forum.osticket.com/d/77519-quick-way-to-change-due-date). It would be extremely helpful to be able to put check boxes on the tickets in the queue and mass/bulk set ticket attributes similar to the way the mass status set functions.
Thoughts? If this is not a planned feature, can someone point me in the right direction to go about setting something like this up?
