Hi All,
I'm having an issue on the front end "Check Ticket Status" tab. Sometimes I get error 500 when trying to check a ticket status. Any idea why is this happening?

titomarc osTicket v1.10 does not support PHP version higher then 5.6, you should downgrade PHP to 5.6 or upgrade to v1.11 it's the newest stable release

titomarc Check your php, and web server log it will tell you why you getting error 500 It could be time out
