Email fetching not working after we logged out the system.

We have an issue with email fetching after working hours no tickets are generated from eamil. Below is our OSticket details.

First off let me say that 1.9.x is old and no longer supported. You should upgrade to 1.11 or at least 1.10.x.

In order for osTicket to collect email (not on staff activity) you have to run cron.php with a scheduler.

That means going to: Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings: disable "Fetch on auto-cron".
Then setting up your scheduler to run the cron.php.
