Since i uodated from 1.10 to 1.11 i have experienced server overload.
I have been monitoring the processes in the server and each time i perform any action in osticket a peak of more than 300mb of ram arise.
is there something to optimize?
What could be the problem?
I am hosting osticket at inmotionhosting in a VPS plan VPS-1000HA-S
